We recommend using USPS within the US and an appropriate postal service for returns outside the US. Retain your proof of postage issued by the respective postal service for your records.

2. Unwanted Goods:
If it becomes necessary to open the packaging to assess product suitability, please return the goods in a condition conducive to resale. Ensure secure packaging to prevent damage during transit. The responsibility and cost of returning goods lie with the buyer, and in cases of dispute regarding damaged goods, proper proof is essential.
As emphasized, our return policy extends to a no-questions 14-day period.
3. Special and Custom Made Goods:
Goods crafted to the buyer’s specifications or custom-made for specific needs, not stocked in our inventory, unfortunately, cannot be returned or refunded.
4. Damaged, Faulty Goods, and Mistakes:
Examine your order upon arrival and promptly notify us of any damage or handling mistakes within 10 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot be held responsible for such issues. Recognizing that certain faults may only surface over time, exemptions are made within a limit of 6 months from the delivery date.
In the case of damaged or faulty goods, clients are offered the choice of a full refund, store credit, or replacement after returning the items, with all associated costs covered by Atlas Finest. Customs clearance costs and shipping expenses are also eligible for a refund in the event of damaged, faulty, or incorrectly fulfilled orders.
5. Order Cancellation:
Our store accommodates cancellations within 24 hours of the order placement. After this window, a return process must be followed post-delivery.
