We believe this "living finish" adds character and authenticity that mass-produced hardware cannot match.

Yes, and that is the beauty of it! You can expect your hardware to darken slightly as it ages.

Want to keep it shiny? A quick rub with a metal polish (like Brasso) or lemon juice will restore the original bright gold shine in seconds.

Yes. Our vessel and drop-in sinks are designed with standard drain openings (1.5" for bathroom, 3.5" for kitchen) that fit standard US and European plumbing fixtures.

Every item is handcrafted in our workshops in Morocco (Casablanca and Marrakech). We work with master artisans who use traditional techniques passed down through generations.
Shipping & Delivery

Since our items are often made to order, please allow for the following timelines:

  • Production Time: 3–7 business days (Custom orders may take longer).
  • Shipping Time: We use express carriers (DHL/FedEx) which typically deliver to the USA, Europe, and UK in 3–5 business days once shipped.
  • You will receive a tracking number immediately upon dispatch.

Yes, we ship worldwide. We have successfully delivered thousands of packages to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and the UAE.

Yes. Our vessel and drop-in sinks are designed with standard drain openings (1.5" for bathroom, 3.5" for kitchen) that fit standard US and European plumbing fixtures.

For USA customers: Orders under $800 usually do not incur import duties due to the Free Trade Agreement with Morocco.
For UK/EU/International: Import duties and VAT may apply depending on your country's local laws. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom Orders

Absolutely. Because we are the manufacturers, we can cut curtain rods or pot rails to your exact inch or centimeter requirements.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. We accept returns on standard items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, uninstalled condition.

  • Note: Custom-made items (bespoke sizes) are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.

We crate our items heavily to prevent this, but accidents happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please send us photos within 48 hours of delivery to contact@atlasfinest.com, and we will send a replacement free of charge immediately.
